At Tilley’s Cafe eighty percent of the menu is gluten-free! Symbols on the menu note which items are vegetarian, gluten-free or those which can be made gluten-free. Innovative dishes fill the menu like the Pink Grapefruit & Avocado Cobb Salad which is also dairy, corn, nut, fish and egg-free. Also free of these allergens is the
Roasted Pepper Quinoa which consists of grilled zucchini, yellow squash, spinach and fresh heirloom tomatoes with a balsamic reduction. Many other appetizers, soups and entrees are available as well as daily specials. Creme brulee, banana splits and an assortment of sorbets are available for dessert. Tilley’s purchases free range chicken and works with local farms, wherenever possible. Nuts and seafood are present in the restaurant so let the knowledgeable staff know your food concerns upon arrival.
