Gluten and Dairy Free Valencia Orange Cake

It’s time to enjoy some cake with your coffee!  Have you tried the Valencia Orange Cake that is now carried at Starbucks across the nation? Not only is it gluten-free, it is also free of soy and dairy (contains eggs and almonds).  The cakes are prepared in a bakery with a special gluten-free zone which has dedicated equipment, pans and washing stations.  Each cake is individually wrapped to prevent gluten contamination.  Starbucks tests the product daily to ensure that it is gluten-free (less than 20 ppm).  Thanks Starbucks!
