All items at Cafe Live are free of gluten, dairy, egg and soy and are also organic.  The food at this vegan restaurant is considered “raw” because it’s never heated beyond 115 degrees.  The owner/chef is a UCONN grad with a degree in Nutritional Science, and it shows!  Her creations are tempting whether you’re living the vegan lifestyle or not!

Conveniently located on Main Street, the Keene Fresh Salad Company serves fresh and creative soups, salads, entrees and sandwiches; all made from scratch.  Gluten-free focaccia is available for the sandwiches and there is always a decent variety of gluten-free items to chose from.  The gluten-free baked goods are also dairy-free (contain eggs).
