It’s Only Natural Restaurant in Middletown, CT. is a real gem for those living the vegan and vegetarian lifestyle. The only animal product served here is cheddar cheese. Gluten-free food is available here too and is marked on the menu.

All items at Cafe Live are free of gluten, dairy, egg and soy and are also organic. The food at this vegan restaurant is considered “raw” because it’s never heated beyond 115 degrees. The owner/chef is a UCONN grad with a degree in Nutritional Science, and it shows! Her creations are tempting whether you’re living the vegan lifestyle or not!

Out of customer concern, they became a peanut and tree nut-free establishment a few years ago. More recently, they have listened to their gluten-intolerant customers by serving delicious pizza!
