The Wok-Gourmet Chinese in Wellesley
The Wok, located on Route 9 in Wellesley Hills, is a great place to indulge in Chinese cuisine, especially if you are living gluten-free! As stated on their website “ All food is made to order and can be customized to meet your needs.”

Nancy Chang’s Restaurant, Worcester, Ma
A gluten-free menu is offered at Nancy Chang’s Healthy Asian Cuisine Restaurant. This establishment works to “combine freshness and flavor with low fat, healthy cuisine”. MSG is never used. Bar Louie – Allergen Friendly!
Bar Louie Tavern & Grill is ideal for the most “Hip & Urban” adults, but at the same time, it is welcoming to families too (they have a kids’ menu). Though I don’t fit into the first category, I would still like to visit this restaurant to try food from their gluten-free menu. There is also a helpful allergen information page on the website. Rang Indian Bistro
Rang Indian Bistro, located in Stoneham, offers both Northern and Southern Indian cuisine. Although they do not have a gluten free menu, they do state that they cater to customers with special dietary needs such as vegetarians and gluten free diners. They do not use preservatives or msg and they grind their own spices. Passage to India in Cambridge and Salem and Monsoon Bistro in Maynard and Acton are all under the same management as Rang Indian Bistro.

An allergen friendly restaurant with entertainment!
The Nimrod Restaurant & Jazz Lounge is located in Falmouth, Massachusetts on beautiful Cape Cod. Included on their dinner menu is a clearly marked gluten free section. There are numerous choices for appetizers, entrees and desserts. They even offer gluten-free rolls! There are some gluten-free choices for lunch as well. After contacting Chef Jim Murry, I was told that they can accomodate most food intolerances, especially if notified in advance. They never use trans fats or MSG and very rarely use corn oil.
