Burger on a Gluten-Free Bun

The Ninety Nine restaurants have started serving  delicious gluten-free buns to accompany their steakburgers. These buns are made from a mix of rice and tapioca flours and are free of dairy (contain eggs, soy and yeast) and are manufactured in a gluten, tree nut and peanut-free facility. Georgie’s Diner in New Haven has gluten-free and vegan choices on the menu and recently added more items for their gluten-free customers.  Already serving gluten-free pasta dishes such as the Mediteranean Pasta and the Bolognese pasta dish, they have recently added gluten-free Cavatelli and Spinach Ravioli (not yet listed on menu).
