The pizza dough is made from tapoica starch and rice flour and is dairy and corn-free but contains egg whites and almond flour.  It is supplied through a local baker(Good Juju Bakery). Servers and staff are well trained regarding cross contamination and a separate area of the kitchen is dedicated to preparing the pizza. Chef Roger recommends calling ahead to be sure that there is enough pizza crust on hand – it is so popular that sometimes they run out!  Numerous salads and Mexican appetizers and entrees are also offered. Many are naturally gluten-free and some can be made dairy-free as well.  Just ask! 

Gluten free pizza is also available from 11- 4 pm at Paradise Pizza & More in West Dennis and The Beach House Restaurant in North Falmouth which also has gluten-free burgers, sandwiches and pasta dishes!  And, of course, at the chain Uno’s Chicago Grill in Hyannis.
