Located in Providence’s historic East Side, the Waterman Grill has a stunning view of the Seekonk River.   Contemporary American cuisine is served here with an emphasis on local farms and fishermen. Organic ingredients are used, whenever possible. They can accomodate gluten-free diners with salads, starters, entrees and desserts which are featured on their gluten-free menu  !

This menu also shares space with the vegetarian selections.  Grilled Vegetable Risotto and the Vegetable Timbale are both vegetarian and gluten-free.  For wine enthusiasts, an extensive wine list is offered by the bottle or by the glass and  function space for up to 100 guests is available too.
