Wow!  Rasoi Restaurant in Pawtucket, RI is offering a gluten free, dairy free and vegan buffet on Saturdays.  .  The restaurant features regional cuisine throughout India.  Though there is no gluten free listings on their daily menu, the staff is available for assistance.  Their sister restaurant, Kabob and Curry Restaurant in Providence, RI., also offers gluten free items and even has a  “Celiac Menu”.  Much of Indian cuisine is naturally gluten and dairy free, but it is so reassuring to find a restaurant that includes this valuable information for it’s patrons.  For those needing to avoid  nuts, remember to be dilligent in your questioning as  tree nuts are often an integral part of this cuisine.
