A & J Bakery  is a peanut and tree nut free bakery located in Cranston, RI.  They also have a line of  egg and dairy free products.  These include cupcakes, cookies, vanilla and chocolate cakes, granola bars, muffins, apple crisp and they even bake gingerbread houses!  The gluten-free products offered are chocolate chip cookies, brownies and cakes.  Gluten-free items are only made on certain days of the week.  They are baked first thing in the morning so there is no chance of cross-contamination with the other gluten containing items which are baked later.  Online ordering is also available.
