Chen Yang Li was awarded “The Best of NH for 2011″ status by New Hampshire Magazine. Located in Nashua, NH they have a gluten-free menu consisiting of soup, appetizers, entrees of chicken, vegetable, beef and seafood . Gluten-free soy sauce is used where applicable.
It’s suggested that you call ahead with reservations and to mention your gluten-free needs at that time, and again upon initially meeting you server (well, that is second nature to us, isn’t it?).
There are also Chen Yang Li locations in Bedford and Bow, NH where they offer a more limted selection of gluten-free entrees on their menu but I’m told they will modify other dishes to accomodate your needs, whenever possible. Best to ask for the manager or owner if you chose to goes this route.
