The Cornucopia Catering and Bakery  is located in Bristol, NH in the beautiful area of Newfound Lake, NH.  This gem of a bakery produces natural, organic and gluten-free breads and pastries.  It is not a dedicated gluten-free bakery but the owner takes great precautions by using separate bowls, spoons, ovens and ingredients for the gluten-free items.  The menu includes a very broad listing of gluten-free goodies that are usually hard to come by in the gluten-free world.  Breads, cookies, scones, muffins and cinnamon rolls are just a partial listing.  I haven’t even mentioned the nine varieties of pies!  If you also need to avoid dairy and egg, there is a nice selection of vegan cupcakes and berry crumb cakes for you.
