Located in the art and culture rich town of Northampton, Sylvester’s Restaurant will provide you with a tasty gluten-free meal!  This relatively new menu features breakfast, salads, sandwiches and a few entrees.

Kinnikinnick Rice Bread is used for the sandwiches and breakfast toast and it’s gluten, dairy and soy-free (contains eggs and corn).  Eight signature omelets are available or, if you prefer,  you can choose to build your own.  Only organic, free range eggs are used.  There are also many “Combination” dishes and I’m glad to see many of them include broccoli and greens! 

Aside from Daily Specials, the only entrees listed on the menu are two salmon dishes, however, these are not served on Saturday or Sunday. Call ahead to find out  the Daily Special and stop by soon to enjoy a refreshing smoothie or milkshake which are back on the menu for the summer season!
