Next time you’re shopping at the Launch in Hingham,  visit Pizzapalooza for gluten-free dining choices. Their menu includes gluten-free pizza and pasta!

The pizza crust is also free of dairy and so is the pizza sauce.  Many toppings are offered. I was assured that the staff will make food labels available if there is any question about an ingredient. A variety of signature pizzas are offered like the standard Margharita or Hawaiian topped pizza.  Or for a change, try the saucesless Patate which is made with thinly sliced Yukon gold potatoes layered over garlic infused olive oil, and topped with more garlic, rosemary, shredded mozzarela and red oinion.

The pasta dishes are offered with five different sauces and your choice of grilled chicken or roasted, mixed vegetables.

For dessert, there is gelato and ice cream, or check out the Red Mango , also located at the shipyard, with their all natural, probiotic packed, frozen yogurt that is certified gluten-free.
