We’re so glad Dom’s Trattoria offers gluten-free pizza but did you know that there are many other gluten-free options as well?  I was surprised to learn that they can also prepare veal, chicken or eggplant parm. Other items include Chicken Tenders and even the Mac & Cheese can be prepared gluten-free. There are four varieties from which to choose; standard Mac & Cheese, Chicken & Broccoli, Shrimp & Peas or Veggie Patch. 

Most of the pasta dishes can be made gluten-free too and I hear the Pasta Bolognesse is one to try!  Meatballs can be specially prepared gluten-free with enough advance notice.  If you have additional dietary concerns, Chef Angela will do her best to accomodate you. She tells me that most of the meals are made to order so some items can be modified. 

These meals may be enjoyed on-site (they have seasonal outdoor tables too) or taken home to be enjoyed by your family in single or double size , or by ordering the Family Size entree which serves four.  Catering services available!
