Gluten-Free Mediterranean Pizza

The British Beer Company boasts New England’s largest gluten-free menu!   Appetizers, salads, entrees, wraps, burgers (must order without bun) and pizza are featured on this lengthy menu that was devised in cooperation with the Gluten Intolerance Group. 

On our most recent visit, we ordered the Mediterranean Pizza which had portobello mushrooms, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, fresh basil, red sauce, feta cheese and was drizzled with a balsamic glaze.  After realizing that the sweet balsamic glaze was not chocoate sauce, my kids opted for the simple cheese pizza which they quickly devoured.  The gluten-free pizza crust is also free of dairy and egg ingredients and all of the pizzas are made to order so it is possible to have one customized to meet your dietary needs.  And what better to go with your gluten-free pizza than, of course, gluten-free beer!
