Another great find in Portland, Maine!  This time it’s not only a place to grab a bite to eat but also a spot to take the kids for an afternoon of fun!  Areas for climbing, painting, legos, trains and even a a stage are just a few of the things to keep kids occupied. The reason I’m reviewing the GreenLight Cafe is for their extensive healthy menu which, of course, includes gluten-free items! 

Delicious muffins, breads and other sweets are provided from a local dedicated gluten-free bakery. Some of these are also dairy-free (call to inquire as items vary).  The bread can be used for the panini’s and naturally gluten-free organic salads and fruit smoothies are also on the menu.  You don’t have to have children to enjoy in this healthy cuisine- all are welcome!

Classes for adults and children are available. Some of these include yoga, sign language and dance classes.
