If you’re heading up to Maine’s ski country, be sure to stop by Cafe DiCocoa in Bethel.  This Marketplace & Bakery offers many entrees, salads and salsas that are naturally gluten-free.  There are also plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices too.  Due to the increasing demand for gluten-free items, chef/owner Cathi plans to have at least one gluten-free sweet pastry and one gluten-free bread offered daily.  Also in the works is a gluten-free pizza crust!   Groceries and organic coffee are available here too.  Cooking classes and events are also held in this building.

Located next door in an 1800′s Victorian farmhouse is the Gentle Dining Cafe DiCocoa where healthy, authentic meals made from scratch can be enjoyed. To best accomodate your needs, she requests a few days notice of your visit so there will be plenty of choices for you.
