Hi Dawn,

I am part of the Ninety Nine Team. I work in Guest Relations at the corporate office in Nashville, TN. I found this page through a link that was posted on the Ninety Nine Facebook Fan Page. I am concerned about your disappointing experience and would very much like a chance to speak with you personally. I am hoping your experiences can be used as a chance to educate our team so you and every guest will be better served in the future. If you feel comfortable talking with me personally, please call our toll free number, 866-998-3558. If you prefer to send us an email, you can visit the contact us portion of our website at www.99restaurants.com. We appreciate your patronage and look forward to addressing the issues you mentioned.

Thank you,

Thanks for the insight, Kate. The best situation would be to have the dedicated fryer in a separate area, but I am glad the staff took the time to bring this to your attention.
Other locations which have confirmed a dedicated fryer are Four Corners-Woburn,Wareham & Plymouth, MA locations.

Please readers, feel free to comment and add to the list as you come across other 99 locations with these dedicated fryers.

I too recently had the gluten free hamburger rolls at the 99 and it was wonderful!!! I ate at the Littleton, NH location, and they server was wonderfully knowledgeable and accomodating. They indicated they while they have a dedicated fryer, there is a chance of cross contamination with other fryers being next to the dedicated one and as baskets pass over, there can be some oil "dripage".
