Illiano’s Pizza
With many locations throughout Connecticut, Illiano’s Pizzeria serves delicious thin crust gluten-free pizza! The crust is made from a mixture of rice, tapioca and bean flours and is free of dairy and soy ingredients too (contains eggs and yeast). This pizza can be ordered with any of the toppings on the menu. Cross-contamination risk is minimized by the use of designated gluten-free trays and pizza cutters that differ in appearance from the traditional utensils. In addition, gluten-free Redbridge beer is available at most locations.
