Maggiano’s Little Italy will substitute gluten-free pasta for any of their pasta dishes! The exception to this is the lasagna and ravioli.   After speaking with the folks at our location (Boston), I was told that, in addition,  any protein dish (chicken, fish, pork or beef) is available gluten-free too but one must order without the sauce.  Just be sure to tell your server so they can work with you to create a perfect dish. Winger’s Grill & Bar , with numerous locations in the Middle and Western states, serves gluten-free items that include appetizers, salads, sides and entrees.  Bacon topped potato skins are offered as an appetizer and can become dairy-free too by omitting the cheese and sour cream.   All of the salad dressings are gluten-free with the exception of the Read the rest of this entry »
