Maggiano’s Little Italy will substitute gluten-free pasta for any of their pasta dishes! The exception to this is the lasagna and ravioli.   After speaking with the folks at our location (Boston), I was told that, in addition,  any protein dish (chicken, fish, pork or beef) is available gluten-free too but one must order without the sauce.  Just be sure to tell your server so they can work with you to create a perfect dish. PF Chang’s China Bistro is very accomodating when it comes to special diets such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and other food allergy needs. Uno’s Chicago Grill has decided to expland it’s gluten free pizza to all of their restaurants.  Originally tested in select areas, the gluten free pizza has been a big hit and thus the decision to expand nationally.  For some time, Uno’s has had a gluten free menu offering a variety of entrees, salads and side dishes.
