The Ninety Nine restaurants have started serving  delicious gluten-free buns to accompany their steakburgers. These buns are made from a mix of rice and tapioca flours and are free of dairy (contain eggs, soy and yeast) and are manufactured in a gluten, tree nut and peanut-free facility. The Blue Mermaid Island Grill has received favorable feedback from such prestigious groups as the National Restaurant Association, New Hampshire Magazine and shows such as The Phantom Gourmet and Rachel Ray’s Tasty Travels. In business since 1938, Polly’s Pancake Parlor continues to operate as a family run business.  In more recent years they have decided to offer gluten-free pancakes and waffles!  All batters are made from scratch which enables the modification.  Mixes are never used.  These batters are rice flour based and contain dairy (also contain corn, eggs) however, they are willing to make them dairy-free, if needed.
