With two locations in Maine, Ricetta’s Brick Oven Pizzeria is now offering gluten-free pizza and beer.  The pizza crust is created in a gluten-free facility and sent to the restaurant in its own metal tray to help prevent cross-contamination. The Nimrod Restaurant & Jazz Lounge  is located in Falmouth, Massachusetts on beautiful Cape Cod.  Included on their dinner menu is a clearly marked gluten free section.  There are numerous choices for appetizers, entrees and desserts. They even offer gluten-free rolls!   There are some gluten-free choices for lunch as well.  After contacting Chef Jim Murry, I  was told that they can accomodate most food intolerances, especially if notified in advance.
