Sam Diego’s has a gluten-free menu!  It is currently only available in the restaurant but they do make mention of it on their website under “FAQ’s”.  On our most recent visit we were pleasantly surprised with the availablity of complimentary gluten-free tortilla chips and salsa.  This is something relatively new and the gluten-free menu has not yet been revised to reflect this change  Read the rest of this entry »

At Chatham Fish and Lobster Co, Inc ,there are many items that are naturally gluten, dairy, corn, soy and nut free like the lobster, mussels etc. You’ll be happy to know that  if you want fried fish it is breaded with corn flour, not wheat flour (those with a dairy intolerance please take notice - items are soaked in evaporated milk first).  Read the rest of this entry »

BZ’s Mexican Pizzeria, located in Dennisport on Cape Cod, MA, serves delicious gluten-free pizza in a conveniently located pizzeria with an old-time feel. The pizza dough is made from tapoica starch and rice flour and is dairy and corn-free but contains egg whites and almond flour.  It is supplied through a local baker(Good Juju Bakery). Servers and staff are well trained regarding cross contamination and a separate area of the kitchen is dedicated to preparing the pizza.
