Georgie’s Diner in New Haven has gluten-free and vegan choices on the menu and recently added more items for their gluten-free customers.  Already serving gluten-free pasta dishes such as the Mediteranean Pasta and the Bolognese pasta dish, they have recently added gluten-free Cavatelli and Spinach Ravioli (not yet listed on menu). With many locations throughout Connecticut, Illiano’s Pizzeria serves delicious thin crust gluten-free pizza!  The crust is made from a mixture of rice, tapioca and bean flours and is free of  dairy and soy ingredients too (contains eggs and yeast).  This pizza  can be ordered with any of the toppings on the menu.
