Maggiano’s Little Italy will substitute gluten-free pasta for any of their pasta dishes! The exception to this is the lasagna and ravioli.   After speaking with the folks at our location (Boston), I was told that, in addition,  any protein dish (chicken, fish, pork or beef) is available gluten-free too but one must order without the sauce.  Just be sure to tell your server so they can work with you to create a perfect dish. PF Chang’s China Bistro is very accomodating when it comes to special diets such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and other food allergy needs.
